This study explores the relationship between organizational conflict types and conflict management. This study employes OLS regression analyses based on the theories in organizational conflicts and conflict management. The results are as follows: First, the higher task conflict, the higher integrated conflict management approach. Second, the higher relationship conflict, the lower integrated conflict management style. Third, task conflict positively affects compromising conflict management approach. Lastly, relationship conflict has positive effects on avoiding and dominating conflict management strategies and task conflict has negative effects on avoiding conflict management style.
