Through the deliberate analysis in the assessment of the knowledge-based economy, the characteristics of labour ways in association with the knowledge-based economy can be identified clearly. Without such analysis process, ways of labor will have an abstract limitation by only being considered as a great change in the modern capitalism or affirming knowledge-based economy blindly. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the forms of labor, inherent in the knowledge-based economy by focusing on the relations of different labors, which are not segmented. In addition, this study aims to elucidate the change of class-relations which implies realistic aspect that the non-material labor is in a tendency of increasing as we feel.
