본 연구는 뉴스포츠 종목의 하나인 플로어볼 경기를 체육수업 중 영역형 경쟁활동의 신체활동으로 선택하여 적용해봄으로써 학생들의 긍정적, 부정적 경험을 알아보고 체육수업으로서의 적용가능성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 G광역시에 소재한 M중학교 1학년 309명(8개 학급)을 대상으로 개방형 질문지, 체육수업일기, 그리고 교사수업일지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 플로어볼 수업에 대한 그들의 긍정적 경험은 소영역(65개), 중영역(11개), 대영역(5개)으로 구분되었고, 대영역의 반응으로는 ``누구나 성취감을(성공감, 승리감)``, ``새로운 즐거움과 아쉬움 그리고 기다림(재미, 동기유발, 새로움)``, ``올바르게 발달되는 사회성(경쟁과 협동, 긍정적 교우관계 형성)``, ``심리적 건강(스트레스 해소, 정신력 발달)``, ``건강해지는 나의 발견(체력발달, 건강증진 및 다이어트 효과)`` 순으로 나타났다. 부정적 경험은 소영역(18개), 중영역(5개)으로 구분되었고, 부정적 경험에 대한 반응은 ``부상``, ``엄격하지 않은 규칙``, ``갈등``, ``과제수행``, ``안전장비 필요`` 순으로 나타났다.
The purpose of the study was to apply floorball, one out of new sport events, to P.E class, analyze middle school students` class experience and to grope a plan to actualize P.E class. The study collected data of 309 students (8 classes) in the 1st grade of M Middle School located in G Megalopolis with opening questionnaires, P.E diary and teacher`s class diary. The study analyzed the collected survey and data as follows. When the study categorized opening questionnaires according to procedure of inductive analysis of contents, middle school students` affirmative experience analysis floorball class was classified into small scope (65 units), middle scope (11 units) and large scope (5 units). Negative experience analysis was classified into small scope (18 units) and middle scope (5 units). Examining reaction on affirmative experience, the study could see that ``anyone feel sense of accomplishment(feeling of success, triumph)``, ``fresh joy, inconvenience and wait(fun, motivate, fresh)``, ``develop sociality on the beam(competitive and Collaboration, positive one`s company formation)``, ``psychological health(release Stress, development of mental stress)``, ``discovery grow strong in health with mine(development of strength, enhance health and diet effect)``. Examining reaction on negative experience, the study could see that ``injury`` was the highest and the next was in order of ``do not strict game rule``, ``conflict``, ``task performance`` and ``need of safety equipment``. In floorball, affirmative experience was more than negative experience for classes. Therefore, it was thought that floorball would be very highly utilized in P.E class for middle school students.
