This study sought to devise performance criteria for the wall system among the Life-long Housing infill components based on the past researches on the Life-long Housing infill and wall system and the analyses of the wall systems developed and produced in South Korea. First, its results will serve as a guideline in the selection process by helping set the directions for devising performance criteria for the individual infill components, which are needed to review the introduction of infill certification systems appropriate for Life-long Housing’s characteristics. In addition, the study proposed performance criteria for selecting wall systems appropriate for use by area when reviewing the wall systems. It is expected that if performance criteria are devised for infill components other than the wall system, the supply and activation of affordable Life-long Housing will be realized through the introduction of efficient infill certification systems.
