This paper reviewed Modification and Adjunction of Korean, Gererally, Modification means semantic relation and Adjunction means syntactic relation. Modification Structure and Adjunction Structure have in common optional sentence constituents. Modification relation and Adjunction relation are both side of a coin. We did not study for a long time a Modification relation of Korean. Modification and Adjunction of Korean describes the configuration of the sentence components. This study has three themes: First, previous studies for Modification and Adjunction of Korean. Second, correlation Modification and Adjunction relation. Third, reinterpretation for Modification relation. The results are as follows. First, the new concept has been established for Modification relation. Second, Modification relation is reflected in Modification Structure, Adjunction Structure, complement Structure. Structure relation relays on Modification relation.
