The purpose of this study was to conduct a study on the effect of the way of fatigue recovery on body composition, heart rate and blood fatigue substance and to propose the effective way for fatigue recovery after workout. For this study, 24 healthy males were selected as participants who have no medical opinion, similar maximal heart rate and maximal oxygen consumption through maximal exercise test. The participants assigned two groups, actively (lower-body bathing n=8, injecting red ginseng n=8) and inactively participate (relaxation n=8) in 12 weeks fatigue recovery. In order to effects of 12 weeks for fatigue recovery method, take a pre-post body composition test, the maximal exercise test. And take the every recovery treatment, after measure the heart rate and plasma of lactate. The results of the research are as follows. First, according to red ginseng supplementation group(RGSG), half-bath group(HBG) and control group(CG) did not show any statistically significant difference of body composition. Second, RGSG, HBG and CG did not show any statistically significant difference of rest heart rate. However according to the maximal exercise test after the recovery treatment after and recovery after 30minutes, it showed statistically significant difference. Third, plasma of lactate level, RGSG, HBG and CG did not show any statistically significant difference of rest and recovery after 30minutes of the maximal exercise test. However, the recovery treatment after and recovery after 30minutes, it showed statistically significant difference. From these results, If I synthesize the results above, the active groups who had lower-body bathing and inject red ginseng for 12 weeks are not influence on the effects of body composition compared with inactive group but positive influence on body repair and fatigue stuff. So I can say that it has positive effects on the improvement of fatigue recovery after workout.
