The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of leadership style by??organizational commitment and satisfaction on well-being sport basketball. Survey data were collected from 200??professional basketball players. Insincerely answered and 49 player's missing surveyed with the exception of the 151??basketball players, in fact analyst furnished data to 151 plyer's. Method was performed exploratory factor??analysis, reliability, frequency Analysis, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. The??results of statistics analysis were as follows: First, there was a significant difference in leader style(positive feed- back, autocratic behavior) of professional basketball player's by socio-demographic variables(sex, exercise??participation period). Second, there was a significant difference in plyer satisfaction of professional basketball player's by??socio-demographic variables(annual salary). Third, leadership style is an important factor to organizational??commitment that has positive effects by training & instruction(TI). Forth, leadership style is an important??factor to player satisfaction that has positive effects by democratic behavior.
