In this study, the author surveyed and analyzed 183 volleyballers in the middle and high school volleyball teams located in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam Province to identify relationship between the volleyball coaches' leadership styles and volleyball players' satisfactions of middle and high schools. As a result, the following outcomes were obtained: 1) Of the coach's leadership styles perceived by the volleyball players, male players highly perceived the charisma style, intellectual stimulating style, exceptional management style and non-interference style. Middle school volleyballers highly perceived the individual management style and exceptional management style. The volleyball players with two to four years of experiences highly perceived the condition compensation style, exceptional management style and non-interference style. 2) Three types of satisfactions had high correlation with the intellectual stimulating style in terms of correlation between leadership styles and players' satisfactions. 3) In the impacts of leadership styles on players' satisfactions, the intellectual stimulating style and non-interference style had an impact upon the relation formation between the players. The intellectual stimulating style, individual management style and charisma style had an impact upon satisfaction meeting one's own needs and the satisfaction of athlete's life.
