Objective: Recently, existing industry is diversifying rapidly. According to changing needs of the customers, the conventional service companies provide new services fused products and contents. Also, the companies of manufacture provide products to customers through services. Even more, this phenomenon is extended and deepened, it is underway around the world. Seeking a change in the servicesas to solve the ultimate needs of customers rather than simply providing customer service. Background: In this study, we defined a business model type delivered to the customers focusing on user value. In other words, we classify the type of fused different business models between industry and describe the characters in terms of user experience. Method: The Eco-system to provide user value to the customers, we defined PCS models by the three elements that are product, contents and service. And, we were mapped the various types of business models based on them. Results: We were separated seven kinds of business models based on the type of the PCS models. We could find that each model fused together and broke down the barrier between the industry, which provide new items and values to the users. Conclusion: Based on the results, we expect to be able to create user value business model as various fused methods in the future that more diversified social environment and user needs.
