This study examined on relations between firm-specific advantage and business performance, and tested moderating effects by global-learning. Questionnaires had been gathered from 87 respondents, but only 82 valid copies were analyzed through SPSS WIN 18.0 Package. The Major empirical results are as follows: In hypothesis 1, organizational efficiency impacted on business performance strongly, but differentiation did not impact. In hypothesis 2, moderating effect by global-learning on relations between firm-specific advantage and business performance had been tested through multiple regression. The result did not moderate. Implications of the findings as well as limitations of this study are discussed.
