This study is to determine causal factors of productivity of workers’ activity that is their motivation. Basis of private banks becomes organizational psychology of management focused on revealing human resources. On the example of private “Davr bank” there investigated a system of work stimulation which will satisfy purposes both workers and bank as well. This article considers conditions of formation of new mechanisms of management focused on market economy before private banks there arise necessity to work in a modern way considering regulations and requirements of the market, seizing new type of economic behavior, adapting all parties of industrial activity to changing situation. In this connection each worker’s contribution to final results of operation of the organization increases.
