This studies focus on fogetten Hwang-Chul San who was the best folklorist in R.O.K. He is originally born at North Korean. He pioneered the history of folklore in the North. His research methodology was the very historical. But he was forgotten in the North. At the same time he is forgotten in Korea. So this research hopes his restoration as a outstanding academics in north korea & south korea. What’s more, he is a valuable person in historical perspective. The South and the North have been disconnected. However, this one connecting South and North Korea hope through these studies. Hwang-cheol studies would be a good sample study.
