The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the employment stability of workers with disabilities and to present the specific policy solutions on the basis of the results. In order to conduct of this study, a literature study and a data analysis were carried out. Through the literature study we have collected examples of foreign support system for employment-stability. In addition, we analyzed the employment stability factors using the 2014 Survey on the Employment Conditions of the Disabled in the Business sector and 2014 Panel data of Employment for the disabled. The policy solutions from this study are as follows. The first solution is supporting measures for employers that includes creation of employment maintenance subsidy, development of techniques for human resource managements that targets the disabled and job adjustment of workers with disabilities. The second is support for workers with disabilities that includes securement of labor rights, health care of workers with disabilties, development of vocational training courses suitable for disabled and specific support to women with disabilties. The last solution is the conversion of recognition that include diversification of needs acrroding to disability characteristics, preparation for the problems of elder people with disabilities, schooling-to-vocaional training transiton and additional research of the macro solutions.
