All living beings are in existence closely connected with each other. Relation makes living beings living beings, i.e., life life. Life is a relation, process, and dynamic movement. Relational coexistence to the individual lives in the global life is the real state of affairs of life and essence of universe. All lives are in the structure of web. Deep ecology which attaches importance to all phenomena of life is derived from this concept of life. This deep ecology is useful to the establishment of theological doctrine of life, i.e., a reflection of God confessed as a ground and subject of all lives. An interpretation of creation by Gospel according to John: “all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made”(John 1:3) can be a biblical ground of deep ecological theory of life. We can analogize the ontological-structural similarity between God and all living beings “made through Him” from this interpretation of creation. According to it, God is in all beings with the concreteness of them, is a subject of all changes of them. In other words, the being of God is various and infinite as much as the infinite of all things in universe. As Sallie McFague say, God has many bodies as well as many names. This viewpoint enlarges ‘the human being-centered theological ethics’ to ‘the all living beings-centered ethics’ of life which is in favor of the panentheism. This article aims to make hard the base of deep ecological theology and ethics which is harmonized with the relationality and theory of global life by use of theological and scientific thought of H. I. Zhang, Fritjof Capra, Meister Eckhart, Teilhard de Chardin, Charles Hartshorne, Hans Jonas, Sallie McFague, Karl Rahner etc.
