This study was conducted to analyze organizational behavior elements influencing organizational performance which is an outcome variable through the analysis of causality among organizational trust, job satisfaction, organizational flow, and organizational performance and examine the moderation effect of career on the causality among organizational trust, organizational flow, and organizational performance in school sports coaches. For this, a total of 229 data were finally collected suing the electronic official document of J office of education and the analysis of a structural equation model and moderation effect was conducted. The results were as follows. First, the relationship among organizational trust, job satisfaction, organizational flow, and organizational performance was analyzed in school sports coaches. As a result, it was found that organizational trust directly influenced job satisfaction, organizational flow, and organizational performance, and job satisfaction influenced organizational flow and organizational performance. Second, the moderation effect of career was confirmed on organizational flow and organizational performance in the relationship among organizational trust, job satisfaction, organizational flow, and organizational performance in school sports coaches.
In conclusion, school sports coaches positively perceived job nad organization-related elements and it was directly related with organizational performance. In particular, although they worked with small pay and in poor welfare environment, they had a positive organizational behavior which can display their professionalism. It suggests the need of further researches on their pay and welfare.
