A Study of United States Department of Sports Curriculum Model ofSpecialization and Job Training in Conjunction The purpose of this study was to characterize the Department o tfhe University of structural reforms andpolicy analysis. The study of the following four conclusions. iFrst, college and university specialization policyreforms in the Department of characterization and the main conetnt of the curriculum specialization. Second ,Korea University majoring in sport was to determine the employment status and problems. 43% of graduatesin the employment rate sporting a very big problem. Third, thec urriculum of the American College of Sport sMajors characterization analysis. As a result, the center specailizes in theoretical courses and practical on-sitetraining was centered. Fourth, the Department for maximizing employment and academic linkages characterizationis proposed. Characterization of the structural reform policies for the Department of the University ofthe installation and operation of the university and the depamrtent of philosophy and applied differently dependingon the situation, good teaching education, good job with the Department of the goal.
