For the purpose of the study was to find out the effectiveness of wellness dimensions and satisfaction with life scale of older adults by using regular physical activity programs. As research subjects, 96 older adults over 65 years were selected. The participants were divided into two groups; the young old(65-69 years old) group and oldest old(over 80 years old) group. The researchers measured the differences between two groups before the regular exercise programs, and 16 weeks, 3 times per week, 60minutes after regular exercise programs and observed the changing multiple dimensions of wellness and satisfaction with life scale using repeated measurement of ANOVA. It was found that young old group sign ificantly increased strength management which was the sub group of physical wellness dimension before r egular exercise programs. however, oldest old group significantly increased physical, social, psychological, intellectual, emotional wellness. but, there was no significantly differences found between two groups in the sa tisfaction with life scale. Consequently, oldest old group showed higher score of multiple dimension of wellness than young old group.
