The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the emotional dissonance on emotional exhaustion and customer orientation of golf course caddies. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed using convenience sampling method to golf course caddies who are working 10 golf places. The results analyzed with frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability, correlation, single regression analysis using SPSS(Window ver. 18.0). The results were as follow. First, golf course caddies of emotional dissonance significantly influenced on the emotional exhaustion. Second, emotional dissonance significantly influenced on the customer orientation. Finally emotional exhaustion significantly influenced on the customer orientation.
