The purpose of the study was to examine changes of immunocyte made at consumption of 300 kcal and 600 kcal when taking exercise at V·O2max 70%, and to suggest proper exercise intensity as well as exercise quantity to promote health and to maximize exercise effects. The subjects were 15 persons. The study measured V·O2max of each person and substituted METs at exercise intensity of both V·O2max 70% in accordance with energy consumption formula to set exercise time at energy consumption of both 300 kcal and 600 kcal. And, the study substituted inclination and rate at exercise intensity of V·O2max 70% that was measured at preliminary test. The immunocyte reaction varied depending upon aerobic exercise intensity as well as exercise quantity as follow: T cell and NK cell varied depending upon aerobic exercise to have no significant difference of exercise intensity at relative ratio of T lymphocyte of all of lymphocytes and to have significant difference of exercise quantity interaction(p<.05). And, at subsequent verification, the exercise quantity at exercise intensity of V·O2max 70% was lower(T cell) and higher(NK cell) at 600 kcal than it was at stability. B cell varied depending upon aerobic exercise to have no significant difference of exercise intensity at relative ratio of B lymphocyte of all of lymphocytes and to have significant difference of exercise quantity. And, at subsequent verification, the exercise quantity at exercise intensity of V·O2max 70% was lower at 600 kcal than it was at stability. The findings were as follow: To set proper exercise intensity as well as exercise quantity, common people were demanded to do mid intensity exercise not exceeding 1 hour and to limit exercise quantity, in other words, exercise time of each individual, within approximate 30 minutes even at high exercise intensity.
