The purpose of this study was to suggest the providing directions to seek for solution through example for internal analysis of problems and overcome for stable and efficient management of sports for all baseball club. To conduct the study, we researched eight baseball club manager and concluded as follows through the analysis collected data from in-depth interviewing and participant observation, document for in-depth and methodical analysis. First, problem about management of baseball club showed problem of human relationship and physical problem. The problem of human relationship showed problems of dissonance with members and relationship with referee. The physical problem showed problem of the tight financial situation such as lack of baseball park facilities and user charge, etc. Second, managing cases of baseball club showed that the problem of human relationship was solved by to create familial atmosphere through the promotion of friendship with members and effective communicating with the league interested and referee. Physical problem was solved by secured finance by active utilizing the increase of using facilities and sponsors, free lessons, etc. through the active interchange with other teams. Third, overcome about management of baseball club was solved by expanding of facilities and increasing the use of facilities, creating familial atmosphere in club, to reduce the cost of finance, effective managing league.
