The purpose of this study was to analyze the media effects of LPGA players` sponsorship. Analyzed differentiation of SeRi Pak`s exposure effects between the first year and last year of contract. With the founding, this study analyzed what are the implications of such result and the factors that exerted the largest influence on the effects of media exposure. Data analysis has been carried out based on Pak`s media exposure effects data provided by the researcher and sponsor company. Advised by professionals such as golf reporters and PR specialist in company. The analysis has been conducted based on daily newspaper include economic and sports newspapers published in first year of contract and the last year of contract. Result indicated that the followings. Exposure effects of 2007 reduced by 2 billion won and exposure frequency was also reduced as compared to 2003. Exposure frequency by media was in the order of all around newspapers, economic newspapers and sports newspapers. There was particularly high exposure when her performance was good. The main reason of the media exposure effects declined was player`s performances even though economic situation and advertizing cost were changed. as a result, the m ain purpose of sponsorship was media exposure frequency and effects. Therefore for effective sponsorship for LPGA players, company should be considered player`s performances and potentials.
