The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among organizational culture, motivating, organizational commitment and job satisfaction in companies running resort-type sport facilities. The subjects in this study were 500 employees who worked in companies that owned resort-type sport facilities for two or more sporting events in the region of Gangwon Province. They were selected by convenience sampling. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 429 were gathered, and 394 answer sheets were analyzed except 35 incomplete ones. A SPSS WIN 14.0 program was employed to make a frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis, and an AMOS 7.0 program was utilized to make a confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and use structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings of the study were as follows: First, organizational culture was found to have a positive impact on motivating(challenging). Second, organizational culture was found to exert a positive influence on motivating(a sense of approval). Third, organizational culture was found to exercise a positive influence on organizational commitment. Fourth, motivating(challenging) was found to affect organizational commitment in a positive manner. Fifth, motivating(challenging) was found not to impact on organizational culture in a positive way. Sixth, motivating(challenging) was found to have a positive impact on job satisfaction. Seventh, motivating(challenging) was found not to affect job satisfaction in a positive manner. Eighth, organizational commitment was found to affect job satisfaction in a positive way.
