This paper analyses primary students` real behavioral pattern times on non-school Saturdays with the aim to provide data and information for leisure activity guidance. For this, 442 6th grade primary students who reside in big and small cities as well as towns and villages were targeted. And based on this, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis were processed based on the findings from the target using SPSSWIN 14.0, and results were obtained. First, it was found that there are attentive differences of culture·art, P.E. activities, game· participating activities between gender in spending times of their leisure activity types. Second, it was revealed that there are notable differences of information·media activities and game·participating activities depending on the location of residential area in spending times of their leisure activity types. Third, it was discovered that there are noteworthy differences of information·media activities and game·participating activities depending on household income in spending times of their leisure activity types. Fourth, it was found that there are attentive differences of information·media activities and game·participating activities depending on whether or not their parents go to work. Summing up the discussions and conclusions, it was apparent that the roles of family, school and community as an educator cannot be more emphasized in providing meaningful leisure activities to primary students. At home, by planning a variety of activities with their children for fulfilling hobbies, experiences, extra academic learning activities, students can obtain flexible thinking, diverse experiences and sociality. Schools are required to put efforts in to operate flexible educational curriculums for leisure activities in order to increase juveniles` ability of self-directed learning. Local communities are strongly recommended to create·operate various types of youth programs, so that infrastructures for the youth can be established ultimately to establish a foundation for lifelong learning society.
