This study was to explore on the aerobic gymnast`s adherence and dropout through sport confidence related to the pattern of the attribution, exercise adherence and the effect of the dropout. To accomplish this purpose 190 of the exercise adherence and same numbers of the exercise dropout were chosen. They were given questionnaires and some improper replies were deleted, so 176 of the exercise adherence and 180 of the dropout were using. Questionnaires were analysed with frequency analysis, basic statistics, correlation analysis, changeable amount analysis, common factor analysis and model fitting. 10 aerobic gymnasts were interviewed for qualitative analysis by using Focus Group Interview. It used for the problem of quantitative data. According to these investigations, the effect of the sport confidence on the pattern of the attribution, exercise adherences and person dropout was as follows: First, the sport confidence of aerobic gymnasts has related with success and failing pattern of attribution, but it has not effected with dropout. Failing pattern of attribution has effected with dropout, but success pattern of attribution has not effected with dropout. It is shown that dropout is related more indirection effect than direct. Exercise adherence is related with pattern of attribution, and failing pattern of attribution is effected with dropout. Secondly, aerobic gymnast`s lasting life through sport confidence, success pattern of attribution, failing pattern of attribution and dropout is related with shown ability of sport confidence, social support, coach`s leadership, losing of confidence, physical·mental preparation, losing of interest, unfair fellowship among seniors and juniors. It can be concluded that aerobic gymnast`s active life is effected with those factors.
