In order to understand the motor ability, sports enjoyment, and the sports coping of the participants in dancesports, structural model analysis was implemented in this study. Also, in order to understand the enjoyment level and reaction interactions effects based on age, 2-way MANOVA analysis was utilized. First, according to the structural model analysis, the motor ability proved to affect all the subcategories of the enjoyment factor and indirect effects of the motor ability that affects enjoyment was most benefited by practice, winning and competition, team chemistry, and family support. It was shown that the motor ability has psychological effects on reaction, and was proven to be an useful tool for detached and problem coping. Recognizing the high motor ability helps in enhancing enjoyment, and the improved enjoyment is shown to be an useful means to cope with stress. The enjoyment and family support factor based on age and the motor ability in the MANOVA analysis showed to be higher in the youth groups as compared to the adult group. The adult participants were more capable of psychological coping than the youth groups, and the group that had the higher motor ability had the higher concept of detached coping. This study finds its significance in the fact that it expanded on the existing thoughts on the relationship between the enjoyment and reaction by defining the relationship among the factors of motor ability, sports enjoyment, and sports coping, and developed discussions based on the researches and theories of previous studies.
