This thesis has an aim to minimize the conflict between leaders and participants to offer basic materials necessary for improving the problems that the aged-person-covering sports-for-all leaders have and also necessary for meeting the problems to lead effectively, to cultivate more specialized leaders, and to activate the aged person sports-for-all by analyzing the relationship between the trust on the aged-person-covering sports-for-all leaders, satisfaction on lessons, satisfaction on guidance, and continuous participation of the aged persons. For the purpose of attaining the aim, this thesis selected the aged persons, more than 56 years old, participating in lessons from aged-person-covering sports-for-all leaders working in Gwangju Metropolitan City & Jeollanam-do Sports-for-all Association in June 2008, and used 189 persons` materials as the analysis materials. For the purpose of drawing the results, this thesis analyzed the statistics by using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis. First, this thesis found that all of the factors showed high co-relationship except continuous participation from co-relationship between trust on leaders, satisfaction on lessons, satisfaction on leading, and continuous participation. Second, this thesis showed that the relationship between trust on leaders and satisfaction on lessons had significant influence. Third, this thesis had a significant influence on leader trust and satisfaction on leaders. Fourth, this thesis found that the relationship between trust on leaders and continuous participation had not so significant difference.
