The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job satisfaction of workers in administrative organizations of physical fitness and their satisfaction with marital life The data were collected from 187 workers in administrative organizations of physical fitness ; ANOVA and ANCOVA were used for data analysis. The results were as follows : 1. Job specifications in administrative organizations of physical fitness was more suitable for men than women. The longer the length of one`s service and the higher yearly stipend, the greatest satisfaction with job specifications. 2. Significant differences were found between satisfaction with marital life and sex and school career. Satisfaction with marital life was higher in men than women and the higher school career, the greater satisfaction with marital life. 3. There was significant correlation between Satisfaction with job and satisfaction with marital life. The higher satisfaction with job, the higher satisfaction with marital life. Satisfaction with job specifications had the greatest influence on satisfactions with job and marital life, 4. The greatest satisfaction with job was observed in men who had higher formal schooling and higher yearly stipend. Significant correlation between higher satisfaction with job and satisfaction with marital life were observed in men than in women.
