Purpose of this research is to identify obstruction factors of sports center`s management under hypothesis that traffic condition, location and crowding cognition(facility capacity, number of member, waiting time, parking facility, extra facility) during the exercise would affect to management outcomes. In order to solve problems of the study, 398 male and female adults who participate in public sports center, private sports center, and hotel sports center were selected. Stratified cluster sampling method was used and applied correlation and multiple regression. The questionaries were composed of physical circumstance-facility crowding cognition, distance and traffics condition to reach sports center-actual condition and general characteristic(Place of residence, Participate times zone, sport type) of respondent. Result of research present follow. a) Moving distance to sports center and traffic condition and place of resident affect to obstruction of participation. b) Facilities and extra facilities scale, number of total member, parking facility affect to obstruction of participation. c) Waiting times, distance of person to person, participate times zone, participation number of program affect to obstruction of participation.
