Recently, a recognition of donations varies depending on the changes in society. Therefore, the talent donation culture have been spread out to various of fields as individuals and organizations distributed their professional talents and abilities to neighbors. This research is the case study of design talent donation for the residential development project. The purpose of this study is to suggest the design ideas in the design phase for the residential development. The social organization, Habitat service, proceeded the project through cooperating with POSCO A&C. This residential development project runs by Tan Thanh government and POSCO’s Vietnam branch. It is for the resettlement of eighty four households who live at slum area in Phuoc Long and Phuoc Hiep. As the results of this study we developed followings; ?residential blocking plan ?residential floor plan ?residential interior design ?elevation, section plan ?residential exterior wall design ?residential rainwater application plan.
