This article is about the perspective of Japanese and Korean researchers on Christian Oda Julia during the Imjin War. Some of the researchers and Kozusima’s historians believed that Kozusima is the place where she died. They tried to find her grave and found her tombstone. She became a guardian god of Kozusima to the local people. It is because of the lack of the data about her, but also it was intended to advertising Kozusima and attracting tourists in this process. In other words, her life story was linked to the Kozusima for the local tourism resource. It wasn’t only Kozusima in the movement, but also she became a protection Goddess of woman’s disease and malaria in Osima. Korean-Japanese Christian community accepted and participated in Oda Julia ceremony without knowing these intention. By this participation, the local movement occurred to sending back her soul to the Korea. Korean Christian community prepared new grave at the Jeoldusan and soul moving ceremony were practiced in a solemn atmosphere. But the fact that she wasn’t died at the Kozusima were found by the missionary, Oda Julia’s grave in Jeodusan were eliminated by the Korean Christian community. Even though her grave was gone but the fact that she lived as a Christian martyr in intense persecution is unchangeable and undeniable. It is serious disgrace on history and religion that trying to eliminate what they have done. In comparison, the yearly participation of Japanese Christian community make us think again.
