As the use of fossil fuel is increased not only in construction but also in agriculture due to the drastic industrial development in recent times, problems of heating cost and global warming are getting worse. Therefore, introduction of more reliable and environment-friendly alternative energy has become urgent and the same trend is found in horticulture. In this study, among many alternative energy sources, we investigated the reserves and the potential of various unused energy sources for large-scale horticulture facility applications which have infinite potential but are wasted due to the limitations in the utilization.
