Currently, housing complexes apply ubiquitous technology to various home networks for convenience of residents and are increasingly more interested in activating community facilities. The ubiquitous system of households in a town house has been much developed but less applied to community facilities within a complex. This study examined new programs and learning spaces which advanced technical and environmental factors are incorporated into, with ubiquitous technology applied. Examine ubiquitous services applied to community facilities as residents are more interested in extensive education and larger learning spaces and to consider learning spaces that can support services for teenagers through U-education, U-library, and U-consensus. And quality of learning space and service system which ubiquitous technology applies to, so it could be much easier for teenagers to get learning information and better enjoy a cultural life.
