Until now, in order to investigate the case you do not go with the case where the communication goes well the Japanese living in Korea, by examining the questionnaire separately elements nonverbal elements and linguistic, and tried to analyze its contents. Factor for communication goes well, was such as information and training needs of the study before coming to Korea. In addition, factors that communicate does not work well, was such as differences in thinking between Korea and Japan.
In the case where the mutual understanding of cross-cultural communication is not successful, the friction comes from differences in cultural values accounted for 40%. In the next, language problems, towards the social dimension is large, it was in the order of the lack of personal effort. Therefore, this study is based on the problem of cross-cultural communication, and so on, and it analyzed on the basis of a questionnaire survey on how high and capacity promoting, how to resolve them.
