The study is aimed at analyzing the influential factors of Regeneration Projects performance in Abandoned Mine Area. Policy, empirical analysis is structured to take advantage of the measurement model and the abandoned mining area residents playing the expert opinion survey analysis to compare AHP analysis plays a more systematic and effective regional success in their lives. Analysis by experts and locals thought there were other parts of importance. In the case of the central government"s commitment to budget, both experts and community members think that it is important. Experts think that it is important for the dedicated organization of the mine and utilization of mine, the link of the mine, but community members think that it is not important for them. After all, for the success of mine area regeneration in the future, the project which residents and experts think it"s important and they assess, as well as that reflects the needs of local residents, must be able to judge the performance.
