The purpose of this study is to aid promotion of health and to realize scientific physical education through the study about that the physiological change of middle girls school students who play rope-skipping exercise. So, it is important to experiment and observe the change of White blood cell(W.B.C.), Red blood cell(R.B.C.), Hemoglobin(Hgb), Hemotocrit(Hct) and Glucose at the rest and after exercise. Three students(part A) and the other three student(part B) attending J middle school in Seoul were selected as the subjects. Students of part A were playing rope-skipping exercise for one year and students of part B had an examination of physical fitness. Blood samplingwere performed at the time of resting and after playing rope-skipping exercise for ten minutes. The analysis of blood sampling was done by Seoul Clinical Laboratory center. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. White Blood Cell a. The rest ; has shown no significant in the average. b. After the exercise ; has shown, the rate of increase was 61.98% in part A, and it was 39.5% in part B. 2. Red Blood Cell a. The rest ; has shown no significant in average. b. After the exercise ; has shown, the rate of increase was 1.3% in part A, and it was 2.2% in part B. 3. Hemoglobin a. The rest ; has shown no significant in the average. b. After the exercise ; has shown, the rate of increase was 0.75% in part A, and it was 0.3% in part B. 4. Hematocrit a. The rest ; has shown no significant in the average. b. After the exercise ; has shown, the rate of increase was 1.75% in part A, and it was 0.31% in part B.. 5. Glucose a. The rest ; has shown no significant in the average. b. After the exercise ; has shown, the rate of increase was 64.5% in part A but it was 9.37% in part B.
