This study is expected to provide meaningful information what an inferior player needs to improve to be a superior player as well as what an Elementary school player needs to improve to be a middle school or high school player in soccer. This study was designed to compare physical fitness and skill according to school level and performance level in soccer players. Sixty-six players, i.e., 33 superior and 33 inferior players, participated in the measurement of physique, isokinetic function, anaerobic capacity, physical fitness, and soccer skill (juggling, dribbling, kick, centering, shooting). Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) There was significant difference in fat-free mass, fat mass, percent body fat, and BMI according to school level. There was significant difference in fat-free mass according to performance level. 2) There was significant difference in knee peak torque at 600°?sec-1, 1200°?sec-1, and 240°?sec-1 according to school level as well as performance level. 3) There was significant difference in peak anaerobic power and average power according to school level and performance level. 4) There was significant difference in all physical fitness-related variables except 15 m splint according to school level. There was significant difference in shuttle run, 5 m sprint, and Semo agility test according to performance level. 5) There was significant difference in all soccer skill-related variables except juggling according to school level. There was significant difference in shooting according to performance level. It was concluded that an Elementary school player needs to improve body composition, knee isokinetic function anaerobic capacity, physical fitness, and soccer skill to be a middle school or high school player in soccer. In addition, an inferior player needs to improve knee isokinetic function, peak anaerobic power, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and shooting skill to be a superior player.
