In the meantime, the government’s economic growth strategy of the company, with the pursuit of growth as enterprises engaged in activities has made remarkable progress. This growth management policy seek employment increased mold and other infrastructure, in many aspects including the domestic market and overseas market has made a lot of growth and development. However, through this remarkable growth management policy followed by the various negative side effects of emerging growth companies seeking management policy as the "ethics" is transformed into a new concept went.
Previously, the company had done the negative aspects of ethics based on the act of revelation and reflection on social issues came to the surface now indispensable to any enterprise that serves as the main guideline is whether the concept. Now, if there is no more ethical standard of conduct, such as the free enterprise system can not survive as long as the role and the importance of the exchange for the wrong results in the proportion of sleep is getting bigger. In this study, to be conducted in the future so, economic and social importance of being issued "Ethical Management" recognition of the Employees organizational citizenship behavior and accusations of Interior to learn about, and organizational citizenship behavior in two whistleblower determine whether the effect is mediated to investigate.
