Lyuh-Woonhyung(l886~1947) is a rare person exposed to aspects as Anti-Japanese independence activist and `Politician` during the Japanese occupation. This assessment was mainly derived from his domestic activities since 1932 released from prison. Out of jail, He lived crossing legal and illegal activities. He took on various social statuses, criticized the colonial policies of the Government General through newspapers and magazines, and did many sports activities, lectures, officiant of many weddings and so on. This process is to increase his image, as well as the independence movement as a public politician. He met several times with military and political heavyweights in Tokyo and was offered Peace negotiations with the Chinese, due to the evaluation of “China expert” from Japanese authorities in the 1940s. He refused all offers. However, in this process, he learned in more detail about the situation in the war. And he organized a secret organization to prepare for independence and nation-building connecting the domestic and international Due to these activities, he became the most famous figures, at least in the country around 8.15.
