General election of 2013 in Italy produced many meaningful implications and interpretations in which center-left wings could win majority in the House of Representatives, but they failed to control over the Senate. After a serious series of consultation initiated by Luigi Bersani, he was resigned from his prime leader of DS and finally this serious problem could be solved through the election of the new president of the republic. Thus Enrico Letta presented a government bill made of both from the left and the right wings.
This paper was treated with following points at discussions. First, Letta Government might survive more than 1 year even though Berlusconi’s guilty was defined at the court caused by many different illegalities. Second, it will be analysed an implication of ‘New Politics’ started by Beppe Grillo, leader of Five Stars. Third, we can compare some political cultural factors between the First Republic Political System and that of Second.
