In this study, working woman participating in yoga training of hot yoga center located in the Downtown Seoul of C-dong, Seocho-gu and Y-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu and N-dong, Gwanak-gu for a month during Oct. 1~31, 2013 were selected as population. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of body image of working woman participating in hot yoga program on their self esteem and stress. To analyze the result of this study, in the total of 256 copies of data were used for actual analysis and it conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factory analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion obtained through this was as follows.
First, effects of the body image of working woman participating in yoga program on their self-esteem were analyzed, and the result showed that both self-contentment and self-contempt had effects on physical affirmation, physical denial and physical activities.
Second, effects of the body image of working woman participating in yoga program on their stress were analyzed, and the result showed that negative stress had effects on physical denial and physical activities and positive stress had effects on physical affirmation, physical denial and physical activities.
Third, effects of the self-esteem of working woman participating in yoga program on their stress were analyzed, and the result showed that negative stress had effects on physical denial and physical activities and positive stress had effects on self-contempt and positive stress had effects on self-contentment and self-contempt.
