The present study is to observe changes of wellness Index and cardiovascular risk factors of female with overweight by applying 8 weeks of rhythm exercises program and motion beat. 24 subjects were applied with motion-beat and another 24 subjects were applied with normal beat for 8 weeks of rhythm exercises program, and the result is as follow: First, for wellness Index factor, there was significant differences between two groups in their factors of physical health and mental health, so It verifies its main effect of motion-beat. Second, for cardiovascular risk factors, there was significant differences between two groups in their factors of Triglyceride, HOMA-IR(index), so It verifies its main effect of motion-beat. Third, for the correlation between wellness Index and cardiovascular risk factors in test after 8 weeks of the program, there was statistically significant negative correlation in Triglyceride factor, physical health and mental health of motion-beat group. Thus, application of 8 weeks of rhythm exercises program and motion-beat for women with overweight affects to their wellness Index and cardiovascular risk factors and it can be expected that the application can maximize practicality of exercise for overweight women and that it can also be applied to academic program in field of sport for all.
