The purpose of this study was to examine, in a service context, construct validity of the relationship between 4 variables: leadership styles of the hotel employees, organizational trust, group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness. This research, in order to achieve its goals, has established hypothesis with theoretical background and analyzed it with actual examination. The examination in this research was carried out for about a month from Feb 1st to 28th, 2013. A total of 307 usable data were analyzed. results of this study are as follows: Firstly, it appeared that transformational and transactional leadership had a positively impact on organizational trust and group cohesiveness. Secondly, it also indicated that organizational trust caused by transformational and transactional leadership had a impact on group cohesiveness. Thirdly, it appeared that organizational trust and group cohesiveness had a positively impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, There were also found to have negative influence in relationship among organizational trust, group cohesiveness and intention of occupation change.
