The purpose of this study is provide players and instructors with practical information about the application of the psychological skill program. The program aims to improve various kinds of psychological factors that influence exercise performance ability. The research proceeds by applying yoga and mentality training to the players from H university and analyzing the effects of the practice. We could draw a conclusion as followed : Positive changes can be confirmed in the following three areas : First from the sub elements of attention which are broad-external, external overload, broad-Internal, internal overload, narrow effective focus and errors of under inclusion. Secondly, from the sub categories of psychological skill in sport which consists of self-esteem, anxiety management, goal-setting, concentration, teamwork, will to overcome, and mentality ability. Thirdly from the sub elements of sports imagery which has sight, hearing, motor sensation, state of mood, and controllability. Lastly analyzing a daily record of practice turned out to be classified as 100 source materials in total, 10 detailed areas and 4 general areas. To be more specific, psychological area turned out to have 2 factors such as relaxation of mind and that of spirit. Physical area was revealed to consists of 3 factors; the relaxation of body, lightness and flexibility. Pain area brought about 3 factors of aching waist, stiffness and legs feeling tight. Lastly change turned out to involve 3 factors; comfort, flexibility and correct posture. To put all the reponses together, psychological factor was the most frequently appeared as 34 (34%) followed by 25 physical factors (25%), 23 pain factors (23%) and 18 change factors (18%).
