The world, completely liberated from presentiment of crime can not be achieved by modern authority that is evoked the image of the "prison", and structure of unilateral monitoring. The true liberation from crime is only possible if the condition is completely satisfied that self and others can get mutual hospitality each others. This study reinterprets the meaning of the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) in a way to make this situation. The essence of the CPTED is to form the atmosphere of "Synopticon" that they are constantly monitored each other. The scope of this study focused on that physical, environmental considerations as well as intrinsic social phenomena and it"s extended solution of fundamental problems.
