봉독으로부터 용매추출, 용매분획 및 column chromatography를 실시하여 1종의 semiochemical 화합물과 2종의 flavonoid 화합물을 분리하였다. NMR,MS, IR, GC/MS data를 해석하여 각각을 1-(Z)-eicosen-1-ol (1), chrysin (2) 및 (-)-pinocembrin (3)으로 구조동정하였다. 화합물 11-(Z)-eicosen-1-ol (1)과chrysin (2)는 이전에 벌꿀에서 분리 보고 된적이 있으나, 화합물 1-3모두 봉독에서는 이번에 처음으로 분리·동정하였다.
The honeybee (Apis mellifera L.) venom was extracted with 80% MeOH and the filtrate obtained was concentrated under reduced pressure. The MeOH extract was fractionated through Diaion HP-20 column chromategraphyeluting with 100% H₂O, 100% MeOH, and 100% acetone, successively. The repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies for the mix ture of MeOH and acetone fractions (BVMMA) led to isolation of three components. From the result of spectroscopic data including NMR, EI-MS, IR, and GC/MS, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as 11-(Z)-eicosen-1-ol (1), chrysin (2), and (-)-pinocembrin (3). These compounds were isolated for the first time from bee venom.
