This study is purposed to provide demonstrative data for human resource management of professional dance companies through structural understanding of how the innovative behaviors by professional dance company members affect on the audience-oriented attitude and the performance service immersion. Objects of the study are full time dancers in 16 dance companies including national, municipal, and provincial dance companies. A nonrandom sampling method, convenience sampling method, was employed for sampling, and 431 data were selected for the final analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structure equation model analysis (SEM) were executed using AMOS for hypothesis testing, and the results were as follows. First, the innovative action of the dance company members exhibited positive effects on the audience-oriented attitude. Second, the innovative action of the dance company members exhibited positive effects on the performance service immersion. Third, the customer-oriented actions of the dance company members exhibited positive effects on the performance service immersion. Consequently, the results showed more the innovative actions the professional dancers conduct, better efforts for the best performance service quality are made.
