The human body consists of 60 trillion cells in cross communication as they perform their unique roles. This network is essential for controlling various physiological functions of the human body. An exchange of pertinent signals are relayed through the transduction pathway, to reach the cell’s nucleus. Ultimately this channel, specific genes are expressed or stopped, and in result the synthesis of enzyme or protein is regulated. Moreover, the final activated molecule functions as the transcription factor and this is linked with the gene’s on?off switch. However, the abnormal activation of signal transduction can lead to cancer and other disorders. This article will focus on the importance of signal transduction and its network. Also through protein “P53” as the guardian of genomes for cell proliferation, the control of cell cycles, and programmed cell death will also be discussed. The controlled network of signal transduction is another example that substantiates the evidence of intelligent design by God.
