A honeycomb structure made of aluminum composite has higher coefficient of thermal expansion than that of major material in high temperature. Large deformation of thermal expansion has effects on both static and dynamic stability, so it is important to analyze the thermal expansion of honeycomb structure depending on the temperature. In this study, the thermal expansion coefficients of honeycomb structure were compared from the angles of positive and negative by using ABAQUS in 3D models. According to the analysis, the angle of honeycomb changes affected the thermal expansion coefficients. As results, the thermal expansion coefficient is different in x-, y-directions. Also, the coefficients are apt to increase when the angles do.
