Japan claims that Dokdo belongs to Japanese territory on the basis of international law as well as historically. The ground that Japan distorts all fact is that it is fabricating its own logic. Among those one asserts my World War Ⅱ after that U.S. army designating Dokdo in the bombing practice area as the evidence which is a Japanese territory. The Japanese Foreign Ministry 〈Takesima〉 in from bombing training sector of American military personnel; Sees an American Japanese executive agreement with the subject which is Dokdo to being Japanese territory, says and that is clear, ‘Takesima’ are presenting Japanese territory only one as the evidence which is not. Assertion of like this Japan fit is the fact that analyzes is goal of research. This research from Japanese congressional record in the Japanese government and the opposition party lawmaker between the low of offense and defense the relationship characteristic with Dokdo territory rights does a contents clearly with base. The goal of this article is to investigate the executive agreement between US and Japan, and analyze the US viewpoint of territory right on Dokdo.
