This study was to figure out various performance-needs regarding the health promotion behavior with the subjects of people with physical disabilities using the internet in order to provide meaningful data for the internet support and expansion necessary for their participation in health promotion behavior. For that, this paper analyzed the data of 286 people with physical disabilities joining in the organizations or groups such as welfare enters, rehabilitation gymnasiums and rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and health centers. And the results gained are as written below: First, according to the result of conducting the difference verification between the service Performance-Needs regarding the health improvement recognized by people with physical disabilities, there was statistically significant difference in all. Second, quadrant I include the properties like accurate information, the latest information, rehabilitation exercise programs, physical activity programs, sport activity (game)-related programs. The properties belonging to quadrant II include sufficient information, home health-related programs, information about stress management programs. And the properties belonging to quadrant III include the authority or expertise of the agents providing the information, therapy (language, art, music, etc.)-related programs. The properties belonging to quadrant IV include facility of understanding, facility of information search, event (climbing or walking festivals, outing, camps, etc.)-related programs, operation hours, place of operation, and also the contact number/clerk in charge.
